Crafted from 100% polypropylene, the Hydronix 10" Sediment Filter Cartridge is chemically resistant and effectively reduces contaminants such as rust, silt, sediment, and sand. Its four-layer, outside-in flow design ensures superior particle retention while maintaining a low pressure drop, enhancing the filter's longevity.

Ideal for use as a pre-filter in reverse osmosis systems and a post-filter for granular activated carbon (GAC) filters, this sediment filter boasts a graded density for a higher dirt holding capacity compared to standard spun polypropylene and string wound cartridges. It operates efficiently within a temperature range of 40°F to 145°F.
