Return and Refund Policy
Merchandise Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and include all original parts and manuals.
- Products requiring installation that have already been installed are not eligible for return.
- Customers are encouraged to inspect all items immediately upon delivery to identify any issues.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@poseidonfilters.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any items back.
- Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.
Return Process
- Include a copy of your receipt, and clearly mark the RMA number on the package.
- Ensure all items are repackaged in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
- Returns for damaged or defective items will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility, as well as any loss or damage incurred during transit.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving items deemed resalable.
- Refunds will exclude a 15% processing fee and the original shipping costs.

Exchange Policy
- Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns.
- The 15% processing fee will be waived if exchanging for filters of equal or greater value.
- Additional shipping charges and applicable sales tax will apply to the new order.
Defective Item Policy
- Defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery by contacting info@poseidonfilters.com.
- We reserve the right to determine whether a defective item will be refunded, replaced, or returned.
- Unauthorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Items deemed non-defective will not qualify for a refund but can be returned to the customer at their expense.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Most orders ship on the same day or within one business day.
- Orders canceled before shipment will incur a 5% processing fee.
- Specialty item cancellations may incur fees up to 20%.
- Orders already shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned under the return policy.
Refused Shipments
- Shipments refused at delivery will result in a refund minus all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
Clearance Items
- Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Delivery Issues
- Report defective, damaged, or missing items within 7 days of delivery to info@poseidonfilters.com.
- AWP Group Inc. dba PoseidonFilters.com is not responsible for errors such as incorrect shipping addresses or undeliverable packages.
- Additional fees may apply for reshipping packages due to inaccurate delivery details provided by the customer.
