Domestic Shipping

• Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
• Flat Rate Shipping: A $6.00 shipping fee applies to orders under $75 within the 48 contiguous United States.
• Non-Contiguous U.S. Shipping: Customers in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Hawaii will be charged accurate shipping rates at checkout via USPS.
• Excluded Items: Free or flat-rate shipping promotions do not apply to items with additional shipping fees, such as large filtration systems.

International Shipping

• International shipping incurs a $20 handling fee in addition to the calculated carrier rate for USPS Priority Mail International or First Class Package International.

Shipping Methods

• Carriers: FedEx Ground and USPS Ground Advantage are our standard shipping methods.
• Insured Shipping: Orders over $100 are shipped with insurance at no additional cost.
• Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 1 PM CST Monday–Friday are typically shipped the same day unless noted otherwise on the product detail page.
• Estimated Shipping Times:
  • Shipping: 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Transit: 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday)

Tracking Numbers

• Tracking numbers are provided in shipping confirmation emails but may take up to 24 hours to activate within FedEx or USPS systems.

• Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
